Dr. Sims is a Motivational Speaker, among other things!! It was virtually impossible for me to choose only three of the above attributes!! I have been the General Manager of a Water Park for 33 years, and therefore have to hire and train over 70 young people each summer. We realized quite some time ago that we needed to bring in a professional to work with the staff on Customer Service Skills. Sadly, we didn’t find Dr. Sims, “the Minister of Motivation,” until last summer, but working with him has been absolutely the best thing we have done in order to give our staff the skills they need to be able to be as customer friendly as they can possibly be!!! This man is so outgoing, friendly, and subtle in how he grabs hold of the kids and gets them excited, buying into what he is working with them on, that they don’t even realize what’s happening, until they are suddenly having FUN learning how to be great employees!! I have worked with many good customer service professionals, but honestly, there is just no comparison. I don’t want to lead you to believe that this is the only thing he does. I have watched videos on his website, where he is working with adults, and addressing a myriad of business issues, in addition to customer service. I would strongly encourage all Managers who need any type of motivational training for their employees to contact Dr. Sims. If he doesn’t think he can do the best job for you, I would bet that he will point you in the direction of someone who can.
